How do I know I can trust you?
You don't pay anything to see your homepage, and you only go ahead if you like it. Your domain is registered in your name, so you're never locked in to us.
I have a Facebook page. Isn't that enough?
Facebook is great for staying in touch. But when someone searches your name on Google, a proper website is what makes them trust you and call. We link the two together.
My last web designer disappeared. Why are you different?
Everything is in your name from day one, so you're never stuck. And we reply on WhatsApp, the same day.
Will it work on my customers' phones?
Yes. We build for phones first and keep pages light, so they open fast on slow signal and don't eat data.
Can I change things later?
Yes. Send us a WhatsApp or email and we do it within 2 working days. Your plan includes up to 3 small changes a month (6 on the Google plans), like new prices, photos or opening hours. Bigger work is quoted before we start.
How long does it take?
Your free homepage preview arrives within 2 working days. Once you pay your first month, your site goes live within 7 working days of us getting your details (photos, prices and logo). Google can take up to 2 weeks to verify a new Business Profile.
What does it cost?
Plans are R599, R1,299 or R2,999 a month, with no setup fee on a 12-month agreement. If you would rather own your website outright, once-off websites start at R8,999. Every price is on this page, and the preview is free.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Tell us on WhatsApp or by email, and your plan ends 30 days later (that last month is still payable). On month-to-month there's nothing more to pay. On a 12-month agreement, you only pay back the part of the setup fee we waived, and that amount gets smaller every month you stay. Your domain is in your name, so it leaves with you.
Who owns my website?
Your domain is registered in your name from day one. On a monthly plan, you can buy the website outright at any time for the once-off price, less R300 for every month you've paid. After 30 months it's yours for free.
Do you charge VAT?
No. We're not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
What if I pay late?
We'll remind you first. If a payment is 15 days late, your website is paused until it's paid, and it's switched back on within 1 working day of payment (R150 reactivation fee). We don't charge interest or late fees.
Can I pay for a year upfront?
Yes. Pay 12 months upfront by EFT and you pay for 11. If you leave early, we refund the unused full months, less the free month.
